Student Learning Space is MOE’s core platform for teaching and learning and is one of MOE’s key initiatives to transform the learning experiences of Singapore students. Our mission is to empower students to learn with joy, agency and purpose beyond school assignments, by meeting students where they are in their learning capabilities and motivations, and providing timely help to sustain learning over time.
Learning Outcomes from Project
1. Gain hands-on experience in researching and designing a large-scale student learning platform used by many students and teachers across Singapore
2. Develop an understanding of pedagogical considerations when designing learning experiences
3. Learn how UX designers work within an agile product development squad, collaborating closely with curriculum experts, product managers and engineers
4. Gain experience working with multiple stakeholders teams, aligning diverse perspectives towards a shared product vision

2. Visual design and interaction design skills
3. Some experience with user research and synthesis
4. Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow
5. Illustration skills will be an advantage
