You will contribute to digital transformation projects across Singapore’s public sector, helping agencies improve the experience of their services for both citizens and public officers. Projects may involve redesigning end-to-end service journeys, evaluating and improving digital touchpoints, or supporting the design of new platforms to replace legacy systems. You will work in contexts where design decisions have meaningful impact on how people interact with government.
• Plan and conduct user research within institutional settings and synthesise findings into actionable insights
• Produce design artefacts including journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
• Facilitate co-design sessions with diverse stakeholders across government agencies
• Document design decisions with clear rationale tied to user outcomes and business goals
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity while iterating toward practical solutions in public sector contexts
