The Communications and & Marketing Group is seeking a motivated Brand & Digital Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting branding and digital initiatives within a government technology organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Management:
- Support in creating and executing multi-channel brand and event campaigns for both external and internal stakeholders to amplify awareness of GovTech and its events.
- Support the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications channels
- Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and preparing reports
- Brand Governance:
- Support the enhancement of brand guidelines
- Help ensure brand consistency across materials and communications
- Work with internal stakeholders to implement brand guidelines and best practices
- Brand Insights:
- Contribute to gathering and analysing brand perception data
- Assist in conducting brand research studies to inform brand/product strategy
- Digital & content management:
- Update and maintain website content including news, announcements, and corporate information
- Assist in managing day-to-day website operations and coordination with various departments for content requirements
- Support the planning, research, and drafting of TechNews articles
- Manage CRM activities including drafting and distributing the TechNews newsletter on a bi-weekly basis
Track and analyse newsletter performance metrics to improve engagement
- Gain experience in developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns
- Learn to track and analyse campaign performance metrics and brand perception data
- Collaboration with cross-functional product teams in implementing and maintaining brand guidelines
- Independently manage routine website content updates and coordinate content requirements across departments effectively
• Current student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Strong interest in branding, digital marketing, and public sector technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of design software (e.g Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Understanding of social media platforms and content creation is beneficial
